In the same pan, over medium heat, add 1.5 cup ghee Add 2 cups wheat flour Roast the flour until it is aromatic and turns light brown in color Add 1/3 cup raisins Add the coarsely ground dried fruits add 1 cup sugar Mix and cool the mixture and then make the desired sized pinnis.
