Your reminder that you never really know what someone’s going through. I used to fear being vulnerable online but I’m tired of social media being a highlight reel. This year was not easy and I am genuinely proud at how far I’ve come. The beginning of this year was rough, times when I cried every single day. And no one knew. Hours I’d sit in silence, days that felt like forever, weeks I didn’t think I’d get through, months I thought I couldn’t survive. But I did. Something clicked this summer. I couldn’t find pictures of me crying and sad because I wasn’t upset. I was living again. Finding myself. I have to thank each and every one of you for sticking by me through some of the hardest times, even when you didn’t know. Our online family has genuinely been my rock and that’s something I’ll never take for granted. While it’s never easy sharing hard things you went through online I want you to know NO ONES life is perfect even if it may seem that way. You will get through any battles you are facing and come out the other side. 2024 was a year for transforming and I can’t wait to see what 2025 will bring 🥹🤍 #thingswillgetbetter #socialmediavsreallife #2024recap #2024picturerecap #2024 #onlinevsreality #putyourselffirst #yearofhealing

“If it was so bad, why didn’t you leave sooner?” “You should’ve known better.” “Why did you let it go on for so long?” Have you heard these questions from others—or whispered them to yourself? They hurt because they oversimplify what is an incredibly complex experience. Staying in a toxic relationship isn’t about weakness or ignorance. For many, it’s the result of deep conditioning. We’re taught to: •	“Stick it out.” •	“Put others first.” •	“Not rock the boat.” These messages shape how we see ourselves and our worth, convincing us that prioritizing our needs is selfish or wrong. So, we stay—hoping things will change, blaming ourselves for the pain, or feeling too afraid to imagine another way. But hear me: It’s not your fault. *Staying wasn’t a failure—it was survival.* You were doing the best you could with the tools you had. Now, it’s time to let go of the guilt. Healing begins when we replace judgment with understanding and self compassion, release shame, and honor the courage it takes to consider something different. You deserve relationships that are safe, supportive, and aligned with your worth. And you don’t have to navigate this path alone. If you’re ready to break free from the conditioning that’s held you back, I can help. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been keeping you stuck and rebuild your life with compassion and intention. DM me now to book your free consult to see if we would be a good fit for each other. Let this be the year of healing. It’s never too late to choose yourself. #selfhealing #toxicrelationships #selfcompassion #boundariesmatter #emotionalhealing #deepfeelings #emotionalintelligence #eq #2025 #yearofhealing #goals #highlysensitiveperson #hsp #hspcoach #empath #empathcoach #empathy #understanding #selfcompassion
