We’re in perimenopause - which means it’s a good time to shift into more hormone friendly habits instead of fighting with old habits that aren’t working anymore - I dropped some of my favorites below!

3️⃣ Eat a high-protein breakfast writhing an hour of waking instead of fasting all morning (to support hormones and prevent energy crashes).

Bonus: if you enjoy fasting, try eating before sunset and fasting at night.
