We’re in perimenopause - which means it’s a good time to shift into more hormone friendly habits instead of fighting with old habits that aren’t working anymore - I dropped some of my favorites below!

1️⃣ Get outside first thing to soak up the morning sunlight (helps reset our circadian rhythm and improve sleep). #sunlightsyncing 

2️⃣ Wear weighted vests on our walks (to build strength, improve bone mass and make Zone 2 cardio even more effective). #zone2cardio 

3️⃣ Eat a high-protein breakfast writhing an hour of waking instead of fasting all morning (to support hormones and prevent energy crashes). #highproteinbreakfast  
Bonus: if you enjoy fasting, try eating before sunset and fasting at night.
