Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice with Black Tiger Shrimp 🐅🖤 Find these showstoppers @wholefoods @bluecirclefoods Shrimp 1 onion 5 cloves of garlic 3 carrots 3 stocks of celery A handful of thai basil or regular ½ a pineapple 2 cups of day old white rice 2 TBS of butter Salt, pepper, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce Optional toppings: Spicy mayo, chili oil, green onion Prep: Finely dice onion, chop garlic, dice carrot, dice celery, chop pineapple into small cubes Cook: Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and cook for 3 mins on each side. (I like to keep the shells on the shrimp because it adds so much flavor.) Take out and set aside. In the same pan add onion, then garlic, then carrot, then celery, then pineapple. Once all are cooked, add day old rice and stir together. Then add all the seasoning and adjust to taste. I like to top mine off with spicy mayo, chili oil, and green onion.
