BANG BANG SALMON BOWLS⬇️ (save it for later or save it on ig) bang bang sauce: 1 cup mayo
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoons thai sweet chili sauce 2 tsp sriracha (to taste, eliminate if you don’t like spice) salmon: 2 pounds fresh salmon 1/3 cup soy sauce salt and pepper 4 cups white rice 4 cups water head of broccoli 1 cup julienne carrots 1 avocado fresh cilantro chopped cook the rice in a rice cooker for perfect sticky rice. Peel the skin off the salmon before chopping into one inch pieces. Add to a bowl and coat with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. In a large cast iron skillet, coat with olive oil and bring to medium heat. add salmon and cook 2-3 minutes each side, turning gently so they don’t break apart. chop broccoli into small clusters. steam in a steamer or in a sauce pan with a lid. add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and 3/4 cup of water. cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, not opening the lid and until soft. make your bowls starting with rice, salmon, broccoli, carrots, avocado and the bang bang sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds.
