Happy #humpday beautiful humans 🤗 I got to try this awesome tool @gx5trainer a few weeks ago 🔥 And if you’re like me that have issues with engaging your hamstrings this is for you 🙌🏻 As you can see in the video I sometimes use 5lb plates on my feet so I can get all the weight over my heels and this helped me to engage my hamstrings 🔥 This @gx5trainer is so easy to use and so light that you don’t even feel you are wearing it 😍 Thank you guys for helping me have an amazing workout and make it easier 🥰 This have a lot of ways to use it 💃🏻🎉
