Bands helped build my upper body more than weights alone could have. Weights did plenty, of course. They got me big, strong, explosive, athletic. But my physique & mobility from weights alone… meh. Incorporating bands changed that. They made my muscles POP in a way that weights alone couldn’t. Pecs, abs, lats, shoulders, traps, biceps, triceps. All have better size, shape, and definition thanks to short workouts with bands. I still go to the gym. I still train with barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines. And in between workouts I get pumps with bands. GAME CHANGING You can anchor them to poles, trees, door frames, etc. I’ve opted to bolt anchors to the studs in my garage. It’s way better than using a door frame. And by setting some anchors wide apart I can better train pecs as shown. Link in bio to join my free community and access my bands program.
