Bite Size Pretzels

1 1/2 cups warm water  2 Tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 teaspoons salt, plus more for topping 4 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup  butter, melted 2  cups water 2 tablespoons baking soda In a bowl add in your sugar, yeast, and warm water and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes so the yeast can activate. Once the yeast foams up in the bowl Add both flours and salt into a stand mixer or by hand. Mix for about 5 to 7 minutes.Place the dough somewhere warm so it can raise for 1 hour. The dough doubled in size, take it out of the bowl and into long logs.  Start rolling them out not to thin and long I would say about 18 to 20 inches long and cut them into pieces.  In a bowl 2 cups warm water and 2 tablespoons baking soda dip them in the warm water of baking soda on both sides and put them into them back on the tray.. Preheat your oven at 450°. Place them in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown take them out and brush melted butter on top and sprinkling with a little bit of flaky salt if you’d like. Cheese bread  2 cup of warm water 1 Tablespoon yeast 1 teaspoons of salt 4 1/4 cups of flour 2 tablespoon olive oil more for hands  2 cup lbs mozzarella cheese In a bowl or a stand mixer, water and yeast allow these to rest for 10 minutes. Then add in the flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix for 5-6 minutes until the dough is smooth.  Cover the dough with a cloth or plastic wrap and allow to rise for 2 hours. When the dough looks like its rise punch a whole in the middle take it out of the bowl. Separate into 2 pieces.  Spread the dough out and cut the dough into long pieces. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 450°. When the dough rises Spread the cheese on top. Then put into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Right when it comes out, go ahead and brush the garlic or butter on top and enjoy. Replying to @annette.markham  I combined @Sally’s Baking  and @Anna Billeaudeaux bread recipes. They are amazing so definitely follow them for better recipes 😆 Recipe: 1 cup water  1/4 cup milk 1-2 TBSP sugar 2 1/4 TSP active dry yeast • whisk well and let sit for 5-10 minutes  3 cups flour 4 TBSP butter 1 1/2 TSP salt  • add dry ingredients and knead up to 4 minutes or until dough doesn't stick to bowl • add butter and knead up to 6 minutes, adding flour as needed until dough doesn't stick to bowl • if you add butter with salt/flour, knead up to 6 minutes still, it don't matter when you add the butter • make dough into a ball and let rise for 1-2 hours, covered • punch dough and make a burrito and place in bread pan - let rise again for 30ish minutes • bake 350° for 15min • change oven to 400° and bake another 15min And enjoy your bread. The crispy pretzel crust on the chicken with the creamy tangy honey mustard dressing is so delicious! It's like a grown-up version of chicken tenders. The key ingredient is a good brioche bun. That's why l use @St Pierre USA brioche buns. They are golden brown, light and they add the perfect texture-taste to this sandwich. Find them at your local grocery store today! #EatAvecRespect Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless ¼ cup cornstarch 1 cup pretzels 1 egg ½ cup milk 2 St. Pierre Brioche Buns ½ cup vegetable oil or avocado oil Add the pretzels to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs. Pour into a bowl. In a separate bowl add the cornstarch and to a third bowl add the milk and egg. Mix the egg and milk well. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. First, dip the chicken in the cornstarch, then the egg mixture and then the pretzel. Set aside and repeat for the second piece of chicken. Place a large skillet over medium/low heat and add the oil. Allow the oil to heat up for 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken to the skillet. Cook each side approx 4-5 minutes. The internal temp should read 165 degrees. Place the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Honey Mustard 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tosp honey 2 tsp yellow mustard Pinch of salt In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Time to assemble the sandwich. My favorite toppings are avocado and lettuce. Slice the chicken into strips and top the brioche buns. Other great toppings, swiss cheese and bacon. We started with  1 cup bread flour  1/2 cup water Then followed each day by discarding half and them only giving: 1/2 cup bread flour  1/4 cup water  Always lightly covering or putting a filter as a hat on it.
