#EatAvecRespect Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless ¼ cup cornstarch 1 cup pretzels 1 egg ½ cup milk 2 St. Pierre Brioche Buns ½ cup vegetable oil or avocado oil Add the pretzels to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs. Pour into a bowl. In a separate bowl add the cornstarch and to a third bowl add the milk and egg. Mix the egg and milk well. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. First, dip the chicken in the cornstarch, then the egg mixture and then the pretzel. Set aside and repeat for the second piece of chicken. Place a large skillet over medium/low heat and add the oil. Allow the oil to heat up for 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken to the skillet. Cook each side approx 4-5 minutes. The internal temp should read 165 degrees. Place the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Honey Mustard 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tosp honey 2 tsp yellow mustard Pinch of salt In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Time to assemble the sandwich. My favorite toppings are avocado and lettuce. Slice the chicken into strips and top the brioche buns. Other great toppings, swiss cheese and bacon. Enjoy!
