Easy Croissant Recipe  1 cup warm water  1/4 cup sugar  1 tablespoon yeast  1 tablespoon salt 3 1/4 cup bread flour  6 tablespoons butter  1 cup butter  In a bowl or stand mixer add the water, sugar, & yeast mix and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes. Then add the salt flower and the 6 tablespoons of butter, mix a do for about 8 to 10 minutes. When you’re able to put the dough into a ball and it doesn’t rip it’s just right. Cover the dough & let it rise for 2 hours. Take the one cup of butter, using some parchment paper spread the butter out about 1/8 inch thick, either into a square or a rectangle. Wrap it up and put it in the fridge. When the dough is ready, roll it out into a rectangle. Take the butter out of the fridge put it in the middle of the dough you’re going to fold the dough and cover the butter up completely takeoff the dough & discard those or you can make it with something else. Wrap the door up in plastic & put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Take the dough out of the fridge and start rolling it out into a rectangle about 18 inches long. Fold the dough over each other & roll out the dough again and fold the dough in again you want to do this a total of 4 to 5 times. Cover up the dough, put it back in the fridge for an hour Take it out of the fridge and roll it out 1 more time. You want the dough to be at least 18 inches long to 12 inches wide. Cut them into long triangles, in the middle of each triangle at the wide part cut an inch with your knife stretch the triangle out, not too much, then roll them right up. Put them on a tray with parchment paper. Make sure the fold is at the bottom & allow them rise for 1-2 hours. When the croissants look like they’re jiggly they’re ready.  Preheat the oven to 400° brush some egg wash on top which is 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of milk mixed out in a bowl. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 400°. Decrease the oven to 375° for another 10 minutes and once the golden brown remove it. Brioche Bread  1/2 cup warm milk 2 tablespoons honey  2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast  3 cups flour 3 eggs room temperature  1/2 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla  1 egg and teaspoon milk In a bowl or a stand mixer at the warm milk, honey, sugar, yeast and 1/4 cup of flour. Mix that all around until everything‘s combined and cover it up and let it rest on the side for about a 1/2 an hour. When the dough is foamy like it’s ready.  In another bowl, add in three eggs, vanilla and the melted butter mix it,  then add that to the flour and yeast mixture, finally adding and the rest of the flour. Mix it for about 10 to 15 minutes. It’s fine if the dough is sticky, cover it up and let it rest for at least an hour. After you allowed it to rest, it should’ve doubled in size. Flour the surface and cut these into even sized balls making at least eight of them, put it into a bread pan. Cover it and allow it to rise for a half an hour in a warm area. If it has it rise, allow it to sit for another half an hour to rise more. Preheat the oven to 350°. Check on the dough if it’s ready brush some egg wash on top.  Place in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes if the brown is getting too brown just placed aluminum foil on top of it to allow the dough to bake evenly. If it seems like the dough is not done then keep it in the oven a few minutes longer.
