Here is a recap of my hair in 2024. All in all—it was a good hair year! I noticed myself moving toward curly extensions. I also noticed myself leaning into more natural hair colors. I see my face thinning out (I spent 2024 devoted to health and lost a couple of handfuls of pounds). I see myself becoming more confident in my own skin. I see myself making bolder fashion choices (not bold by other’s standards…but certainly by my own), and I see improved lighting (small investment in a ring light). And…most importantly…I see happiness. When I woke up in January 1, 2024–I didn’t know what was in store for me. I just knew that I’d be turning 50 in 6 months and that I wanted to be happy. I wanted to wake up HAPPY every day. And I did that. I’m thankful for 2024. I built a healthy head space and I intend to keep it in 2025. Happy New Year everybody!
