This stuff is OUT THIS WORLD GOOD!!! We know it as POOLSIDE DIP and it’s for sure one of my top 3 favorite dips!! This is super refreshing during the summer months, but because of its spicy and creamy nature, it’s perfect for game day too!! (thanks to my bestie for introducing me to it 🤤) 🫑 Ingredients I red bell pepper 1 can back olives 1 jalapeno (you can skip or use less if you don’t like spicy) 1 can corn Ranch seasoning Pepper 1 8oz block cream cheese Something to dip in it (We love Ritz Toasted Chips in the Sour Cream and Onion flavor but Wheat Thins or chips would be good too!) 📝 Directions 1. Chop pepper and olives 2. Mince jalapeno 3. Drain corn (drain REALLY WELL!) 4. Generously sprinkle with ranch seasoning and several dashes of pepper 5. Mix well 6.
