Check out my 4 ingredient Protein Bagel Recipe This was my first time making it and they were a hit in my house so definitely won’t be the last.  Recipe makes 4 good size bagels 145 calories each 25g of protein  10g of fiber  The key is the @King Arthur Baking flour. You can grab it from Amazon it’s linked in my store front under food.  Take a cup of flour 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt 268g of @FAGE plain Greek yogurt. I’m using the lactose free version.  Mix your dry stuff then add the yogurt.  Mix it all together and make your dough. Add in the Greek yogurt and knead until you have a thick dough. Preheat a cast iron skillet w/ olive oil over medium heat. While that’s heating, roll out 8 pieces of naan. Greek yogurt jalapeño and cheese bagels 🥯✨🫶🏻  Recipe: 1. Combine 2 cups Greek yogurt, 2 cups baking powder, 4 tsp baking powder, salt ( I doubled recipe, cut measurements in half to make one batch)  3. Mix together. It seems like it doesn’t mix at first or that it’s too much flour but keep mixing. It’s easier to mix with your hands.  4. Roll out dough and shape into bagels.  5. Spray the tops with Avacado oil and sprinkle on cheese and jalapeño and oregano.  6. Bake at 375 for 20- 25 min.
