I said one of my goals in the new year is incorporating more Pilates in my weekly workout routine so cheers to week 1 being complete!  • I’m mixing in strength training with Pilates because I do want to grow muscles in my lower body particularly. It’s light weights and height reps, so a change from my normal routine of moderate to heavy weight for 8-12 reps. It’s only been a week but I’m loving it so far and very excited.
