4 month update: PAO x Labral Reconstruction x Ligamentum Teres Reconstruction 💪🏽 The recovery has been slow and the pain has been real. This is my 5th and 6th surgery and hopefully my last. I just started walking about two weeks ago. I can’t go far without pain/limping so I’m taking it slow. I’m taking the recovery super serious especially compared to the last surgeries because the healing has been a lot slower and I want to make sure I am okay before diving back into my extreme sport lifestyle! I have been working out and rehabbing a lot though.
