Food prepped and recipe details: 🍽️Miso Glazed Tofu (recipe video on my page) 🫒Mediterranean inspired chickpea salad (chickpeas, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, olives, pepperoncinis, red wine vinegar, greek herb blend, garlic powder) 🧀Tofu Feta (recipe is a work in progress) 🍛Curried veggies (you can make this by using my curry butter bean recipe and switching out the beans for more veggies. video on my page) 🍅Crispy Harissa Tofu (toss 1 block of tofu in 2 tbsp coconut aminos, 2 tbsp cornstarch and your choice of seasonings. Spray with oil and airfry on 400 degrees for 15 minutes or longer.
