Beginner Upper Body Workout ‼️ This one is for all my gym shy girls or those of you who are short on time and need a minimal equipment workout that gets the job done.  This workout will target your back, chest, arms, and shoulders.  All you need is a long band that weighs about 10 lbs and about 15 minutes of time to spare. Tips: 📌 posture is really important in each exercise. Keep your abs pulled back into your spine and your back straight for all the exercises. Specifically, for exercise # 2 (chest press) we’re raising our feet to increase the difficulty level of the exercise while pressing our lower back into the floor to target our deep core muscles 💯 📌 don’t forget to press inward (toward the center of your chest) and upwards in the chest press exercise!
