I decided that for the year of 2025, I am going FULLY raw vegan! Yes, you heard it right—no meat, no dairy, no rice, bread, pasta, or gluten, and absolutely NO COOKED FOODS! It's all about raw, uncooked fruit and veggies from here on out! Today, I'm sipping on a refreshing blueberry and pineapple juice and enjoying a delicious raw salad that is packed with nutrients! Raw vegan eating is one of the healthiest ways to nourish your body. God calls us to honor Him with our bodies, as it says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Let's honor God by treating our bodies by giving your body the food that it deserves!
