Choosing my health use to feel selfish…. until I realized how much my health was holding me back in motherhood.  After my first baby I had a dramatic birth experience that had a lot to do with my weight and sedentary lifestyle. I then continued to live a very inactive lifestyle until my son started moving around and I realized WAIT! I have to keep up with this kid someday!  That’s when it hit me!  Being healthy wasn’t about me at all it was about thriving so that I can be my best for my family! I went on to lose 70 pound after my first and have had 2 fit pregnancies and successful weightloss after each baby! Now 3 boys so I’m really glad I chose to become more active! 😅 I don’t just want to be healthy for my kids but their kids. I know that I will never regret doing the habits I needed to do to have a longer healthier life.  Now I want to show YOU HOW TO THRIVE!!! Invite at the end! 🤗 At the beginning of 2023 I was 3 months postpartum and had about 40 pounds left to lose. We tend to really over estimate how much we can lose in a month and underestimate what’s possible in a year! I lost the 40 pounds by August and was able to maintain and tone up through the rest of the year! My question is what do you want for 2024?
