I promise that there is NOTHING you could have done yesterday that would ruin all of your hard work & progress to date. In fact, being able to enjoy these special occasions with your family & friends during your weight loss journey is SO important. You still need to eat today, you don’t need to restrict or throw in the towel until January 1st. My biggest piece of advice: Stop scrolling tiktok for the tips and tricks about de-bloating and New Years detoxes. You KNOW what to do. You already have an entire folder full of tips & tricks. There’s a reason you’re not using them. Because behaviors don’t change when you KNOW better. They change when you DO better. That’s the piece you’re missing. Your holiday weekends should be FUN & more importantly…not spent about overthinking food 🙌🏻 It should feel like no big deal when a holiday weekend pops up. You should be able to handle it with confidence, without worry or guilt. I promise you CAN. But only if you ditch the “How To’s” & start doing the deep work. Follow @sweat.simple to learn how. Remember that eating a little bit more this week doesn’t have to come with guilt, shame & regrets 🫶🏻 #healthyholiday #weightlosstipsforwomen #weightlossplans #weightlossplateau #fitnessjourney2024
💡 Exciting news! My upcoming Pilates Challenge now includes: ✔️ My complete meal plan ✔️ A recipe book ✔️ A nutrition guide Don’t miss out! Link in BIO 🔗 ❌ This isn’t about “good” or “bad” foods, and I’m not here to shame cheese puffs or anything else you enjoy. It’s about food volume and how easy it is to overeat. 2 things might have the same calories, but the difference in how much you get and how full you feel is huge. For example: Option 1: A small bag of cheese puffs and a smoothie. Super easy to eat in minutes. Option 2: 1 cup berries 1 small yogurt 1 large apple 1 banana 2 Tsp PB butter 1 hand tail mix 2 boiled egg 1 protein shake A handful of cheese puffs Same calories, but Option 2 will keep you full way longer. I’m here to help you make better choices without guilt and finally reach your weight loss goals—without all the BS. Sign up for my 4-Week Pilates Challenge and LET’S DO THIS🙌✨⚡️ #weightlossplans #fatlossplan #weightlossinspiration #loseweightnaturally #howtoloseweight #weekendbinge #yoyodieting #weekenddieting

Did you ever notice…⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ when you started doing more group fitness classes or increasing your cardio you felt hungrier? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Yeah…same concept 😬⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’m not saying you CAN’T lose weight training for a marathon, but if you’re fueling for optimal performance, that means eating enough calories to support training and recovery. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This makes it harder to adhere to a calorie deficit!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And if you want to do well in your marathon, why the heck wouldn’t you want to make sure you’re doing 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 to improve your performance? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you want to lose weight, all you need is a modest calorie deficit and focus on the basics of getting in enough protein, fiber, and water 🩵⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Get a jump on your health and fitness goals before January! In college & shortly after my only desire to eat healthy and to exercise came from wanting to be skinnier. I was only happy when the scale went down. I was obsessed with eating “clean”, limiting sugar & gluten and buying only “healthy” brands. But at the same time I binge drank every weekend, had a sh*tty relationship with food, was constantly stressed & had no idea what my Blood Pressure, cholesterol or other health markers looked like. I worked out, ate & hit my daily step goal purely in the pursuit of being skinny. Not only was I not losing weight though…I also probably wasn’t actually very healthy. Fast forward 8 years and I can TRULY say that I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. I’m no longer only focused on the scale(in fact I don’t really care what it says lol). I’m focused on my HEALTH. No food is off limits(which means less stress around food) but I primarily eat things high in fiber, lean protein, healthy fats & complex carbs. ✨I take my BP on a regular basis. 👟I get 10k steps a day for my cardiovascular health. 🏋🏼‍♀️I strength train 4x a week for my bone density. 🍷I limit my alcohol intake(and this decreases more every year). 🛏I get 8-9 hours of sleep a night. 🧠I mange my stress & attend therapy monthly for my anxiety. Not only is this the healthiest I’ve ever felt…it’s also the BEST I’ve ever felt in my body(even though I’m not at my thinnest). Losing weight does not necessarily mean you are healthy & ONLY focusing on the scale isn’t looking at the big picture. A lower weight doesn’t mean all that much if the rest of your health markers are in the trash. I’d encourage all of you to start focusing a little bit more on your HEALTH in 2025. If you do that, the rest will follow. Follow me if these are the vibes you’re looking for in 2025 :) #healthylifestyle #weightlossjourney #fitnessforwomen #fitnessforbeginners #weightlossplans #weightlossplateau #balancedeating
