One way I have been successful on my weight loss journey is by finding ways to still eat my favorite foods through ingredient swaps!  If I made this 2 years ago, I would have used 2 containers of biscuits, thick cut bacon, half & half, and full fat cheese. It’s the difference between a 350 calorie breakfast, and a 1,400 calories breakfast. NEVER underestimate the power of simple ingredient swaps, and keeping in mind portion control!
