(it makes it even quicker, if your vegetables are already pre-sliced in your refrigerator. Or grab a bag of stirfry veggies. ) Heat your pan with 2 Tbsp avocado or coconut oil till hot. Add in chopped veggies & protein of your choice (I used Bellpepper, zucchini, red onion, carrots, celery & bok choy) , salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, fresh garlic & grated fresh ginger.
