Measured with love because do you really think our favorite man measures his food?  His ingredients below: Good quality tuna drained Lemon Vinegar Mayo Wasabi Red onions Pickles Jalapeno chips Apples Agave ( I used sugar free maple syrup) Corn Green peas To help keep my blood sugar stable, I ate this with some of my favorite high fiber crackers, and used sugar free maple syrup instead of agave . PUMPKIN CHEESE BALL 2 blocks cream cheese room temp 1 Bellpepper stem 1-1/2 cups finely grated cheddar 1/2 cup finely grated pepper Jack cheese 2 green onions, chopped 1 Tbsp pickled jalapeños  Pinch salt & pepper Pinch red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cumin  1/4 tsp chili powder Set aside 1/2 cup cheddar to side.  Mix rest ingredients in a bowl.  Place plastic wrap covered with 1/2 cup of cheddar on top of plastic wrap. Form cheese in ball and roll on top of plastic wrap. Roll on top of cheddar to cover. Sprinkle more if needed. Cover with plastic & wrap with twine. Place in fridge for minimum 30 minutes.  #reversediabetes #prediabetes #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes

(it makes it even quicker, if your vegetables are already pre-sliced in your refrigerator. Or grab a bag of stirfry veggies. ) Heat your pan with 2 Tbsp avocado or coconut oil till hot. Add in chopped veggies & protein of your choice (I used Bellpepper, zucchini,  red onion, carrots, celery & bok choy) , salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, fresh garlic & grated fresh ginger. Low fat cottage cheese makes it easy to hit your protein goals and adding ground flax seed to anything will help you reach those important fiber goals!!  Cottage cheese wrap 1 cup cottage cheese 2 Tbsp ground flax seed Seasoning of choice ( I used Everything but bagel seasoning) Blend, spread on baking sheet, bake 375 oven for 30 min or longer depending on how thick it is. Fill with your favorite sandwich filling.
