Mindful eating > undisciplined eating I definitely feel like I am eating 3x more than what I usually managed a day— I used to genuinely eat candy or snack food in place of a meal or not eat at all & wonder why I didn’t feel good so often or was tired all the time. Even though you may feel “full” your body could be starving for nutrients that it needs! We have to fuel our bodies in mindful ways 🤍 P.S. this doesn’t mean don’t eat candy or enjoy snacks just a little encouragement to nourish your body despite doing that!
