Many times when we find ourselves on the Berlin Turnpike, we stop in to @T-Swirl Crepe 📍Berlin, CT for a little treat! 😋 They specialize in Japanese style crepes, which are made with rice flour rather than wheat flour, making them gluten-free! You’ll find them to be crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. They hold the fillings so well that you can skip the fork & knife and just take a bite, making it an easy on-the-go snack! @T-Swirl Crepe has so many flavors to choose from! On this visit, we went with their refreshing strawberry cheesecake crepe, as well as one of their newest flavors, dulce de leche! T-Swirl offers boba tea in addition to crepes, so we had their taro milk tea and strawberry banana slush. The start of the new year always has me feeling all sorts of emotions — overwhelming anxiety, stress, fear of failure, hope, the list can go on
 It was hard for me to even bring myself to use my camera yesterday because I’ve been so burnt out by the end of this year that I wasn’t sure if it was going to help me or push me over the edge. But I’ve learned that the only way for me to work through my thoughts is by creating. So to start the new year, I took a drive around my home town last night capturing the simple things that brought me nostalgia. This year my parents are selling our house. I still don’t think it’s hit me yet that my childhood home will be gone and all I’ll have left is the memories here. But sometimes change is what you need in order to go further. And I have a feeling 2025 will bring a lot of much needed change to my life.
