#MemeCut Happy Sunday.. I keep going back and forth on how I feel about what I eat in a day videos Can they be helpful to get recipe ideas? Maybe To be honest I feel that this is really the only positive thing to come out of some of these videos As a Nutrition Coach I see a lot of people judging or comparing what they do to what the person on the screen is doing.. You see a lot of disordered eating patterns You see hundreds of dollars of supplements that now you think you need but really fucking don’t These videos just don’t help you build a lifestyle that YOU, (not the person on the screen)That YOU can Stick to. We all have different tastes, different schedules, different budgets, or even not having access to certain foods Take what you want and leave the rest ..
