If you’re on a fat loss journey to help keep things SIMPLE try having meals on repeat!  It’s so much easier to track and it takes the daily guess work away from you  I eat the same fucking thing for weeks at a time!  I find meals I love and just repeat them until I find another meal I love  Reduce the friction! You don’t need to have fancy meals everyday.  You’re making it harder on yourself by trying to come up with fancy meals with 8,000 ingredients  For those that will for sure ask. YES my meal has 31 grams of protein.. Where is all that protein coming from? Maybe  To be honest I feel that this is really the only positive thing to come out of some of these videos As a Nutrition Coach I see a lot of people judging or comparing what they do to what the person on the screen is doing..  You see a lot of disordered eating patterns  You see hundreds of dollars of supplements that now you think you need but really fucking don’t These videos just don’t help you build a lifestyle that YOU, (not the person on the screen)That YOU can Stick to. We all have different tastes, different schedules, different budgets, or even not having access to certain foods Take what you want and leave the rest ..
