Rachel’s Award-Winning Chicken and Rice Soup!!!  10 out of 10 🤩🤩🤩 Recipe pinned in comments ❤️ I used 4.11 pounds of chicken drums seasoned with:  A heavy drizzle of olive oil  (2) Tablespoons of Goya Sazonador Total Seasoning (1) tablespoons of paprika  (2) tablespoons of Italian seasoning (1) tablespoon of Goya adobo all-purpose seasoning - red top (2) tablespoons of restaurant, style pepper  (1) tablespoon of dry parsley  (1) tablespoon of Dale’s Seasoning, Steak Liquid Marinade Other Ingredients needed:  (96) oz of chicken broth  (10.5)  ounce canned cream of mushroom  (10.5) ounce canned cream of chicken  (5) sticks of celery  (5) medium size whole carrots - chopped (1) medium to large onion (2) tablespoons of chicken bouillon (3) cups of uncooked kale  (3) tablespoons of butter (2) cups of cooked rice (1) tablespoon of Adobo Goya seasoning - red top Instructions: Rub and combine seasoning on chicken. The chicken will appear heavily seasoned, but remember that lots of broth will be added. Now drizzle olive oil in the pot (about 5 oz) and brown the drumsticks. After the drumsticks are browned, add the carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Mix the ingredients, add your chicken broth and (3) tablespoons of butter. Allow the chicken to cook thoroughly. Cooking the chicken may take about 35-38 minutes. After the chicken is cooked, please remove it from the broth and shred it from the bone. Add in your (3) cups of kale and the (2) tablespoons of chicken bouillon, and add your chicken back in. Add the canned cream of chicken and mushroom. Add the (1) TBSP of Adobo Goya and your rice. Cozy season calls for comfort food, and this creamy chicken & rice soup is the ultimate bowl of warmth! 🍲✨ Here’s how I made it: 1️⃣ Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pot and sauté 6 oz total of chopped celery & onion (about 1½ cups) until soft. 2️⃣ Add 1 tbsp garlic,  pour in 7–9 cups of chicken broth and your seasonings: Sazón Complete Seasoning, seasoning salt, Tony’s Creole seasoning, parsley, and garlic powder. (To taste) Stir well.  3️⃣ Stir in 1½ cups rice.  4️⃣ Stir in 1 can of cream of chicken and mix until smooth. 5️⃣ Add shredded chicken and simmer to perfection! 6️⃣ Let it cook for 20–25 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
