Featured ⬇️ 🍳 Biscuits and Gravy: cheddar biscuit, sausage gravy, 2 eggs any style, and home fries (our favorite dish of the visit!) 🇮🇪 Irish Eggs Benedict with corned beef hash 🍽️ Appetizer Sampler of Breakfast Corn Dog, Breakfast Empanada, and Potato Pancake 🍔 Guy’s New Favorite Burger: focaccia, 6 oz burger, in-house smoked roast beef, sharp cheddar, provolone, pickles, and caramelized onions 2. Joanne’s Table, Fairfield: a hole-in-the-wall for relaxed Italian dining! Another family-owned spot serving creative Italian dishes you don’t see everywhere! One of the last restaurants we visited in 2024 was @Romanacci! My mom and I stopped in for lunch while we were in the area and enjoyed a variety of Italian comfort foods. We went to their location in Norwalk, but you can also find them in Trumbull, Fairfield, the Westport Train Station, and at Westport’s Compo Beach as Old Mill Grocery & Deli by Romanacci. This family-owned business was opened by two brothers who pride themselves on making delicious food that’s made fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients. A few of the dishes we tried were even recent additions to the menu, and we were definitely happy with our meal.
