QUINOA CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BITES 🍫 • INGREDIENTS • (serves 15) 1/2 cup dry quinoa (soaked in water overnight) 180g dark chocolate (70-85%), melted 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup hemp seeds 1-2 Tbsp nuts of choice • METHOD •  Drain and rinse the soaked quinoa. Let dry for a bit to remove access water, then add to a pan over low-medium heat. Mix every 20-30 seconds until all the water evaporates. Once the quinoa is dry, increase to medium heat so they start popping open. Stir continuously to avoid burning for 2-3 minutes until they’re all popped, then remove from heat. Melt your chocolate and stir in the peanut butter. Add the quinoa, hemps seeds and any nuts you like and fill into your desired mold. Place in the fridge to firm, then store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. #healthytreat #plantbased #sweettooth

quick and easy sugar cookie protein bites✨ Recipes:  -1/2 cup peanut butter  -1/2 cup maple syrup  -1 cup almond flour  -3/4 tsp almond extract  -1 scoop @C4 Energy Vanilla Bean Protein Powder  -1/2 tsp salt  -2 tbsp sprinkles  Directions:  	1.	In a large bowl, fully combine peanut butter, syrup and almond extract.  	2.	Add protein powder and fully combine. 	3.	Add almond flour and salt and mix until 90% combined.   	4.	Add sprinkles and finish combining all ingredients.  	5.	Roll dough into balls and place on a plate and refrigerate until firm (~30 min)  	6. Chefs kiss 💋 recipe below  • 2 + 1/2 cups oat flour • 2 + 1/4 almond flour • 2 tsp baking powder • Dash of salt • 1 cup maple syrup • 1/4 cups olive oil • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/4 tsp almond extract • Mix ins: 1 cup dried cranberries, 1 cup slivered almonds, zest from 2 small oranges or 1 large orange • Dark chocolate (for drizzling) Directions: • Whisk dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Fold in mix ins. • Divide the dough in half and make even logs on a lined baking sheet.
