‼️ Full detailed recipes can always be found on my blog (linked in bio) ❤️ https://cookingkatielady.com Easy & Healthy Kung Pao Chicken Noodle Stir Fry 🌶️🔥 Truly one of the most delicious stir fries I’ve ever had 😍 **I use all organic ingredients 👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS: Stir Fry: 16 oz udon noodles 🍜 2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed 🐓 4 tbsp coconut aminos 2 tbsp honey 🍯 1 tbsp chili paste 🌶️ 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 medium bunch green onions, diced (light parts only) 2 bell peppers (color of choice) 2 tbsp minced garlic 🧄 Sauce: 2 cup coconut aminos 2 tbsp peanut butter 🥜 4 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp chili paste 🌶️ 1 tbsp honey 🍯 1/8 cup brown monk fruit 1/4 tsp ground ginger 🫚 2 tbsp sesame oil 👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS: ‼️ Full detailed recipes can always be found on my blog (linked in bio) ❤️ https://cookingkatielady.com Combine the diced chicken, coconut aminos, honey, & chili paste from the stir fry ingredients in a large bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to two hours. Make your sauce: In a large measuring cup, whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat up a large pot of boiling water. Add the udon noodles and allow to cook. Once cooked, drain & set aside. While the noodles are cooking, start making your stir fry. Heat up sesame oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the veggies. Sauté for one minute. Add in the chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked Add in your cooked noodles. Then pour in your sauce and reduce the heat to low.
