Chicken Curry Kari Ayam 💐 Chicken curry is a family favorite that we’ve made countless times. 💐 I sometimes do change my method of prepping ingredients, instead of slicing the aromatics, I blend them this time. The taste is still the same 💐 This time, we had Gaga’s friend, Norah, over and introduced her to it for the first time—so happy she loved it! 🛒Ingredients • 1 whole Chicken, cut into desired quantity & size • 3 potatoes, cut into desired size • 1 box coconut cream • Half cup water • Cooking Oil To blend: • 8 shallots, • Half large red onions, • 4 garlic, • 1 thumbsize ginger Spices: • 1 cinnamon stick • 1 star anise • 2 cloves • 3 Tbsp curry powder • 1 Tbsp chilli powder • Curry leaves ( if you don't have use to Bay Leaves Seasoning: • Salt, Sugar & Food Seasoning • 1 tsp tamarind paste ( use 2 fresh lemon juice if you don't have tamarind paste) 👅Taste taste taste adjust accordingly 👩🍳 Method as shown in the video 🍽Serve with rice or pasta or bread Enjoy 😘
