ROTEIN BLUEBERRY FLAX BAGELS! These are so easy to make and make the most delicious breakfast all week long. I made these last Wednesday and they were my favorite way to start each day. I would just pop them in the air fryer, top with cream cheese and enjoy with some air fryer turkey bacon. So yummm! These are the perfect way to sneak in a little extra protein in the mornings too- I hope you try!! SAVE THIS POST and SEND to someone you wanna try them with 🫐 Recipe: * 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour * 1/4 cup ground flax * 2 tsp baking powder * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 cup plain greek yogurt * 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, can also use fresh 1. To start, preheat the oven to 375F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and ground flax. Whisk the ingredients until they are well combined. 3. Next, add in the greek yogurt and mix using a spatula, then use your hands to knead until you have a dough. Fold in the frozen blueberries and knead until they are well incorporated. 4. Flour your hands once more and flour a clean working surface. Bring the dough out of the bowl and place it on the flour surface. Begin to kneed to dough once more to ensure everything is really well combined. Dough will be sticky so don’t be afraid to sprinkle with a little flour to make it more workable. 5. Roll the dough into one large ball and using a knife, cut into four equal parts. 6. Roll each section into a log then connect the two ends to create a circle. 7. brush each bagel with an egg wash and bake for 25-27 minutes or until the tops of the bagels are golden brown. 8. Allow the bagels to cool down slightly before enjoying.
