time for some one year updates. January last year vs this month. It is really hard building muscle while being in a deficit but not impossible. My goals were to grow my upper body and my glutes. This year I am splitting up my work outs even more to give each muscle group the attention it deserves. For example, I started doing shoulder only days and quad only days. Remember besties, the next 12 months will pass as quickly as the last. Make every day count. Love you guys 🩷🫶🏻
