It was one of the hardest things l've ever done, both mentally and physically, but also one of the most rewarding. From rowing a 4 hour marathon at 2 AM to cranking out 600 burpees in 30 minutes, 1 learned that we are so much stronger than we think. Huge thanks to @gsmgbf and all the participants who made it so much fun! Remember, it all starts with your mindset.
