Step 2: In a large bowl, mix: 	•	4 eggs 🥚 	•	2 cups brown sugar 	•	1 cup vegetable oil 	•	1 tbsp vanilla extract 	•	¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) Step 3: Mash 6 extra-ripe bananas and mix them in until smooth. 🍌 Step 4: Add: 	•	3½ cups flour 	•	2 tsp baking soda 	•	1 tsp cinnamon 	•	1 tsp salt Step 5: Stir until combined. Step 6: Spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick spray and divide the batter evenly. Step 7: Bake for 50-55 minutes.
