4 weeks post op and feeling pretty good! I do scar massage and care to not only reduce the visibility but to break up forming internal scars. I did a few weeks of PFPT before my decision to have a hysterectomy. I did not have pelvic floor dysfunction but I did have some scaring inside at the port sites from my myo. The physical therapist taught me to do massage to break that up as it can cause some mild to moderate pelvic pain. This is NOT medical advice.
