This morning started with my SEED supplement and my usual morning ketones—but in the Tru Passion flavor, which I haven’t had in months. Think mango juice vibes, and it was AMAZING. 🥭✨ Followed that up with some mango electrolytes (even if I forgot the pic 🙈) and got the day rolling! Lunch was a refreshing salad with blueberries, pecans, and chicken. 🥗💙 So good and so simple! Afternoon pick-me-up? My trusty Papaya Paradise ketones 🍑, which fueled me through grocery shopping—success! Dinner was a treat because the whole family joined me! We had rotisserie chicken, peas, and the juiciest fresh pineapple. 🍗🍍 Mmm, mmm, MMMMM!
