I’m 200lbs down and meal prepping along with many other lifestyle changes has played a huge part in my success! Not only did I lose the weight, but I’ve been able to maintain and keep it off the last few years by being consistent and prepared every week... Meal prepping is a game changer and every week I share easy Meal Prep ideas and recipes that we all can use! I know why I enjoy it, but Here’s a few reasons I believe YOU should start meal prepping as well 👇🏾 You’ll save money💰- When you plan ahead you have the opportunity to make list and buy the ingredients and food that you plan on eating for the week. Not overspending buying things that will just sit in your pantry until it expires. You can also buy ingredients in bulk, freeze extra food for later, and you’ll spend less money than you would eating fast food or dining out! You’ll save time ⏰ - I don’t know about y’all, but most of us spend so much time just figuring out what to eat. When you meal prep in one day, you can batch cook which gives you more time throughout the week to work out, spend with your family, and focus on the things you enjoy! You’ll eat healthier 🥗 - by preparing your own food it allows you to know the foods and ingredients you’re eating. You’ll consume less sodium, salt, saturated fat, and sugar than you would eating out. Y’all know I say it all the time, but Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated, we just have to be prepared!
