Healing from mold toxicity has been one of the scariest and most freeing experiences of my life. It can feel isolating, but I've learned that so many people are going through this quietly. Here's what's been helping me the most on my healing journey:⁠

Add your chopped ginger and water to a pan.  2. Let’s come to a boil and turn down heat low. Let simmer for 15 minutes.  3. Turn off the heat and let rest for 10 minutes. 4. Strain into a jar, added lime, and honey, combine.  5. In a glass add ice, half a cup of ginger mixture, and top with sparkling water. Fold in chopped walnuts and pour banana bread mixture into a lined mini loaf pan. 4. Top with coconut sugar and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. 5.
