Mississippi Chicken is 🔥🔥🔥! It’s only 5 ingredients so it’s perfect on a budget and it’s a simple, dump and go kind of meal! In your foodie/crockpot, add in the following: 2 lbs chicken Black pepper to season chicken 1/4 cup Peperoncini juice 10-15 peperoncinis 1oz packet of ranch 1 oz packet of au jus 1 stick of unsalted butter In the foodie, cook for 3-4 hours on low. In the crockpot, cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 on high. Check meat thermometer and remove chicken at 165 degrees. Allow to cool and then shred your chicken. Add back to juices and serve.
