ALMOND BUTTER OVERNIGHT (protein) OATS: 1. In a jar or container, combine ½ cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and a pinch of cinnamon, pinch of salt, 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, ¾ cup almond milk stir well until fully combined. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). In the morning, give it a stir, and add a splash of almond milk if it’s too thick. 3. In a narrow bowl, alternate a spoonful of oats with your favorite yogurt 4. Top with a drizzle of almond butter & chopped almond and ENJOY!!!
