A turned-off oven with the light on works well. * Let it rise until doubled and bubbly (about 1.5-2 hours). * Lightly flour a surface and gently shape the dough into a ball. * Place it seam-side down on parchment paper. * Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30-45 while preheating the oven. * Place your Dutch oven (with lid) in the oven and preheat to 450°F (230°C). * Once ready, place the dough (on parchment) into the hot Dutch oven. * Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes. * Remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until deep golden brown. * Let it cool on a rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
