This salad is all that and more 😉 Get the recipe below 💚 #PoweredByPistachios Ingredients: Crispy Rice: 2 cups white rice cooked and cooled 1 teaspoon Tajin Seasoning 3 tablespoons oil Salad: 4 Persian cucumbers, chopped ½ bunch fresh mint, chopped ½ bunch cilantro.
