WINTER JULEP __ 2 oz | 60 ml Bourbon ½ oz | 15 ml Maple Grenadine 5 Dashes Cocoa Bitters Fresh Sweet Mint (garnish) Pomegranate Seeds Powdered Sugar __ In a Julep cup, add cocoa bitters, syrup and add crushed or pebble ice then stir to incorporate. Add more ice, then top with soda water until almost full. Top with amaro, then garnish with a few sprigs of fresh sweet mint and dust with powdered sugar. Add a julep straw. Serve and enjoy!
