2023 ended in the hospital with dengue fever. Just before that, I had COVID, so my immune system was already compromised. To make matters worse, I had to fly all the way back to Germany from the Dominican Republic while being incredibly sick. A huge shoutout to @kai.york.official , who first made chicken soup from scratch🥹 (the only thing I could manage to get down), and then literally wheelchairing me and all our luggage through the airports. By the time we reached the ER in Germany, I could barely even sit in the wheelchair… I had to lie down on a stretcher. Kai spent his Christmas sitting in the ER with me. 🥹 It’s crazy how one small mosquito bite can shake your entire world… But looking back at my recovery, I’m inspired by my own comeback. I proved to myself what’s possible and how much my body can transform in just six months. 2024 has been all about my 1:1 clients, both online and in-person. I’ve spent the year revising my coaching system and refining my platforms to offer as much support as I can to my clients. Now, for 2025, I’m taking things to the next level. I’m launching a brand NEW app that will give you access to the same programs and exercises I’ve been using with my clients. Whether you want to take strength and mobility workouts to the gym or follow along with classes at home, you won’t have to feel lost in the gym anymore.
