ONE PAN GARLICKY ZUCCHINI PASTA BAKE This is how to make an easy, ridiculously good pasta bake. While my love for feta runs deep, I opted to use Boursin cheese here and it was so creamy and so good. To make it high protein and lowcarb, I used my @Kaizen Food Company protein pasta here, but you can use any pasta you like. You can pick up some kaizen right here on TikTok shop. It has just 6 net carbs and packs 20 grams protein per serving.  Here is how I made it: 1.Grab an oven safe dish. Toss in 1 large diced zucchini (or 2 medium diced zucchini) 2.Drizzle in 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil, add a couple pinches of salt, 1 tbsp onion powder, and 1/2 tbsp of chili flakes or aleppo pepper. Mix well. 3.Add your Boursin cheese disc in the middle. 4.Cut the top of a garlic bulb, drizzle with oil, wrap it in parchment paper, and add it to the pan. 5.Put the dish in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 400F. 6.Before you pull it out of the oven, get your pasta ready. To make this lowcarb and high protein, I used my Kaizen lowcarb high protein pasta (its also gluten free). You can use any pasta that you like. I boiled my Ziti pasta for 5.5 minutes in generously salted water and strained it. 7.Bring out the baked dish from the oven, use a fork to gently smash the cheese and squeeze the garlic out of the bulb. Add grated parmesan and fresh basil. Mix well, toss in your boiled pasta and mix well again. 8.Top it with more grated parmesan, fresh basil, and chili flakes to your hearts desire. 8oz Kaizen lowcarb protein pasta
1 lb lean ground beef 1/2 large onion, diced
Salt & pep 1 tsp onion powder & garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Big Mac Sauce:
¼ cup mayo
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp sugarfree ketchup
2 tbsp diced pickles
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder & onion powder 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of salt Optional Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato/onion/pickles, sesame seeds 
Here’s how I made it: 1️⃣ Season ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add diced onion and cook over medium-high heat,  breaking it up.
 2️⃣ When beef is almost done, stir in cheddar, Greek yogurt & mix well.
 3️⃣ Boil your protein pasta. I used my Kaizen Lumache lowcarb pasta. Boil it generously salted water for 5 mins. Drain & mix with beef.
 4️⃣ Make Big Mac sauce by mixing mayo, mustard, sugar-free ketchup, pickles, vinegar, garlic & onion powder, paprika, and salt. Add a spoon or two on top, and crown with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, & sesame seeds. This hits EVERY craving—warm, cheesy, crunchy, and packed with protein. Low carb shrimp scampi 🍤🍝 ingredients for shrimp  - 1 pound of medium peeled & deveined tail off shrimp  - salt  - pepper  - garlic powder  - onion powder  - paprika  - olive oil or avocado oil for cooking  ingredients for sauce  - 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)  - 1 tbsp of olive oil  - 5-6 cloves of garlic; minced  - 1/4 cup of dry white wine (I used pinot grigio)  - 1/2 of a lemon; juiced  - salt  - 2 packets of hearts of palm pasta (Mine are from Aldi but Trader joe’s has a great one or the brand Palmini is great)  - shredded parmesan  - 2-3 tbsps of heavy whipping cream (optional)  - fresh or dried parsley for garnish  Start by seasoning your shrimp. Then heat your pan on medium high heat. Add oil and then add in shrimp and saute for about 4 min total until pink and curled up. Remove from pan and set aside.  Then add in butter (i cut mine into squares so that it melts faster) to the pan. Then olive oil and let the butter melt. Then add in minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Then add in white wine and scrap the bottom of the pan.  Add in lemon juice then salt. Then add in your rinsed and heated hearts of palm noodles and mix. Then go in with shredded parmesan. Then a bit of some heavy cream to really make the sauce come together. Add shrimp back into the pan and mix. Adjust flavors and sauce consistency as you please. Add more cheese, heavy cream or salt.
