This can be made in advance, frozen & heated up in the morning in a toaster. See below for recipe! đŸ„ž  To a blender add: 1 banana 4 eggs 1 tsp of baking powder 4 tbsp of almond flour 1 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract Blend together! Coat a pan with coconut oil, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture onto hot pan, flip when edges are golden brown and when you see some bubbles forming on the top. Drizzle with raw honey & pecans (optional). Enjoy! (Makes about 8 pancakes) #highproteinbreakfast #sibofriendlyrecipes #sibodiet #sibo

We need to find out what is actually irritating your gut and treat that! Is it a parasite? Overgrowth? Candida? Lack of digestive enzyme production? Stomach acid? H pylori? We can run tests to see if any of these are potentially causing that irritation and when we treat those things, patients often feel much better! #guthealth #ibs

A post by @drcelesteborghese on TikTok caption: Spicy Romesco Rigatoni | dairy free  Sauce ingredients: 2 red peppers  1 small red onion or half of a large one  2 cloves of garlic  1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened) - I used Elmhurst  1/3 cup of soaked cashews (soak for about 20 minutes) 4 tbsp nutritional yeast  1/2 tsp salt  1 tsp paprika  1 tsp oregano  1/4 tsp black pepper  1/2 tbsp of corn starch  1 tbsp of tomato paste  How to:  Roast your veggies (peppers, onion, garlic) at 375 for 30 min. Let the peppers cool and then peel off the skins.  To a blender add your roasted veggies, spices, milk, cashews and tomato paste  Warm up the sauce for about 10- 15 minutes on low heat so that the corn starch has a chance to thicken the sauce up, if you feel it is too thick you can also add a bit of water.  Boil your pasta as per package instructions (I used elbow pasta), then add the pasta to the sauce and continue to stir for a few minutes.  Top with spicy red pepper flakes and oregano. You can also add burrata cheese on top with a drizzle of olive oil if you really want to make this fancy and if you’re not dairy free of course. Additional Toppings: Romaine lettuce as the base, then add rice (I used Uncle Bens basmati rice, you can make this in 2 minutes), avocado, lime, jalapeño, crispy pita chips (I forgot to add these in the video).
