This is what treating the root cause really means 🕊️ Locking in on THE thing that affects/dictates all others. Training holistically so that all the symptoms of performance you see listed are magically improved all at once. A rising tide lifts all boats. If instead you want to separate out every “piece” of performance and isolate your flexibility, mobility, or any other buzzword you’ll be going in circles for years chasing your own tail. Why? Because the reason you are slow, unfit, or weak is the same.  It’s not different. You don’t need nor is it helpful to have different training programs ignoring the root cause. For example, the reason you can’t fully use your glutes when you sprint and thus are slower is the same reason why your hamstrings may be so tight and you feel that you have bad mobility. You see? The root cause. Now, does this mean we only do Towel Retractions? No, of course not. I’ve built a whole training system called Peak Harmony overhauling a footballer’s talent from A-Z. We focus on 3 critical areas: the feet, the hands, and the tongue. Those are what I call the 3 catalysts. 💠 Becoming an elite footballer is not a mystery when you understand what created every top footballer you see on TV.
