If there’s one thing I’m trying to do different here is show up more authentically with my IDGAF energy. It’s not that I haven’t been but I’ve held back because of something that happened on social media in 2023. Story time 👇🏼 I made an incredibly vulnerable post about how hard parenting is (especially my daughter). At first it was all support but then it hit the wrong crowd got reposted by a meme account and I received death threats towards my kids and awful disgusting google reviews. Thankfully I hit all them removed but one. Mind you at the time my home address was public on google for my Pilates studio 😱  This sent me into a panic attack and really was the start to my anxiety at the end of 2023 into early 2024. Sometimes your body weight is all you need to fire up your booty! I loved doing this Standing Glutes series with the Pilates Ball last week with a virtual client. We were both doing the Pilates tap out at the end! Being on the 21 cleanse I am taking it easy on Pilates with Weights and have been focusing on body weight strengthening and using props 3x/week! 🚀 Here’s a Glute Burner for you to try ✨ TIP: Keep your workout short and sharp.
