2024 has been a year of growth, reflection, and closure. It’s funny, just the other day, a friend said, “I want to be on magazine covers like you.” Honestly, I had forgotten that I was on a few, including covers of Shoutout Arizona, The Sun(UK), Hollywood Magazine, and Glamour LA. And there may even be one more before the year wraps up. 🤫 However, this isn’t about bragging as magazine covers and TV appearances have never been the goal. The goal is to help heal humanity while saving the animals. it’s a reminder that when you focus on your craft and stay true to your purpose, the universe shows up in unexpected ways. It seemed like every time I was targeted online in 2024. God blessed me with yet another news article, Magazine cover, or New client bringing abundance into my life.🧝🏻♀️✨ 2024 also marked the end of a karmic cycle of online abuse and the beginning of my journey as a more grounded, powerful leader. As I step into 2025, my focus shifts. I’ve realized that the real treasures in life are simple—like quiet moments in my garden and time spent with my dogs. So, 2025 will be all about balance: prioritizing family, health, and the outdoors. As for my work, I’m being incredibly selective this year. I’ll be taking on no more than three clients per month to ensure that my energy and focus are fully dedicated to those who align with my mission. What about you? Experiment with doing so somatically — feeling guilt as a sensation in your body, instead of trying to break down the meaning or the story in your mind. #somatic #somatics #HealingJourney
