Ingredients: 1 salmon fillet skin-on or skinless 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon mayo  1 tsp mustard  1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 fresh lemon juice  Instructions: 1. Prep the Salmon**: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. This helps ensure a crispy exterior. Slice the fillet into bites not all the way through.  2. In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon. 3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 3-5 minutes. 4. Place the salmon fillet in the air fryer basket or in a parchment paper & foil in a single layer, skin-side down if using skin-on salmon. Air fry for 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. For medium-rare salmon, aim for 8 minutes; for well-done, go for 15 minutes. 5. **Check for Doneness**: The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). 6.
