these homemade nutter butters are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and made with just 5 ingredients! they’re so easy to make and so good! cookie ingredients: •1 cup almond flour (or 3/4 cup oat flour) •1/2 cup natural peanut butter •1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or raw honey) •1 tsp pure vanilla extract •1/4 tsp salt peanut butter filling: •3 tbsp natural peanut butter •1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or raw honey) instructions: 1. mix together the cookie ingredients in a medium sized bowl until the dough is smooth. 2. scoop the cookie dough with a small cookie dough scoop or spoon and roll into balls. place the cookie dough balls in pairs on a tray lined with parchment paper (make sure the pairs of cookie dough balls are touching each other). 3. gently press down on the cookie dough balls with a fork to create a hatch pattern in the dough. 4. bake the cookies at 350F until golden brown, about 10 minutes. once baked, remove from the oven and cool completely. 5. once the cookies are cooled, mix together the peanut butter filling then spread some peanut butter filling on each cookie. 6. create your cookie sandwiches by pressing the cookies together then dig in and enjoy! notes: •for thinner, cruncher cookie sandwiches (like the classic) use less dough for each cookie ball and flatten the dough down more before baking! #nutterbutter #nutterbutters #cookiesandwich #healthycookies #refinedsugarfree #glutenfreecookies #grainfreecookies #vegancookies #peanutbuttercookies

INGREDIENTS in Girl Scout Samoas Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel, palm and soybean oil), enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1 [thiamin mononitrate], vitamin B2 [ riboflavin], folic acid), corn syrup, coconut, sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), contains 2% percent or less of sorbitol, cocoa, glycerin, invert sugar, cocoa processed with alkali, cornstarch, salt, caramel color, dextrose, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, sorbitan tristearate, leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), carrageenan. Why not try these 4-INGREDIENT SAMOAS instead? It's girl scout season! These were by far my favorite growing up (with thin mints coming in a close second). They do not disappoint! Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 1 cup soft dates 2 Tbsp organic @SunButter or almond butter Melted unsweetened chocolate Method: Toast coconut in oven at 350 F for 5 minutes until brown. In a food processor, blend toasted coconut, dates, and sunflower seed butter / almond butter until a sticky batter forms. Form into desired shape, then using a chopstick (or whatever you've got) make a hole in the center of each cookie. Place in freezer while melting chocolate. Dip bottom of each cookie in chocolate and drizzle over the top. Made with a delicious and easy homemade raspberry chia jam.  These cookies are refined sugar free, dairy free, and grain free ✔️ Grain Free Raspberry Heart Thumbprint Cookies: Makes 12 cookies: Cookies: 2 cups almond flour 1 egg (sub flax egg) 1 Tbsp maple syrup 1/3 cup refined coconut oil melted and cooled 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda Raspberry chia jam filling: 1 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 1/4 cup water 1/2 lemon juiced 1 Tbsp lemon zest 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup organic chia seeds Cookie instructions: 1. Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl 2. Add in dry ingredients and mix 3. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes 4. Roll into balls, with your thumb or a 1/2 tsp press down diagonally one way and then the other way to form a heart 5. Bake 350 F for 8-10 minutes and once done let cook for minutes before transferring to a wired cooling rack. If the heart indentation disappears you can press in the 1/2 tsp spoon to reform the heart. Raspberry Chia Jam Instructions: 1. Add raspberries, water, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, to a small pan on medium low heat 2. Mash up the berries with back of spoon and cook down for 2-3 minutes 3. Add the chia seeds, reduce the heat to a simmer, and let simmer for about 5 minutes, mixing throughout  4. Turn off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Let the chia jam cool for 10-15 minutes Filling The Cookies Instructions: 1. Once cookies cool, add 1 Tbsp of the raspberry chia jam filling and form the heart with the chia jam 2. Store cookies in an airtight container in refrigerator.
