Instant Pot Deconstructed Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup 1-2 Tbsp ghee or avocado oil 1 lb organic ground turkey 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 small yellow onion chopped 6 garlic cloves minced Salt + pepper to taste 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro + more for garnish 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp dried rosemary Pinch of red chili flakes 2 bay leaves 2 cups organic tomato sauce 24 fl oz chicken or turkey bone broth 12 oz frozen organic cauliflower rice Instructions: 1. Set instant pot to sauté function, add ghee, and let melt 2. Add diced onions, salt + pepper, and sauté until translucent 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute or so 4.
